1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Rosary Nations application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
2. License and Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on your personal mobile device. This use must be in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of Apple (for the App Store) and Google (for Google Play).
3. In-App Purchases
- The basic version of the application is available for free download (Freemium model).
- The application offers the option of a one-time purchase (Premium version) that unlocks premium features and complete content.
- All financial transactions are securely processed exclusively through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The application operator does not have access to your payment information at any time.
- Any requests for refunds are subject exclusively to the standard terms of Apple and Google and must be handled directly through their platforms.
4. Limitation of Liability
The operator is not responsible for any app outages, temporary unavailability, loss of locally stored data (e.g., prayer history, current “streak”), or other technical issues that may arise due to a software bug or operating system update.
